Construction:
Vacuum Tray Dryer is a double walled unit mounted on a strong iron frame of whose inner and outer frame is made up of heavy M.S. Sheet. The outer frame is perfectly hammer tone painted whereas the inner chamber is painted with high temperature Aluminum Paint. The gap between the two walls in duly filled with optimum quality glass wool or ceramic blanket that eliminates thermal loss. Herein, the air circulation is regulated through heavy duty Blower having ON/Off switch. On the upper side of the oven, a ventilator is provided. Thease vacuum tray dryer are workable on single phase 220/440 volts A.C. supply.
